Inside the villa, the large open-plan kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and provides a wonderful central hub to entertain family and friends or be catered for. Once everything is prepared, serve at the breakfast bar or the open concept dining and living area, or outside in the sun. Sunrise breakfasts on the point are truly a magical experience. Draw back the expansive joinery straight out onto the deck and take in the beauty. If you feel like snuggling up, will you star gaze and toast marshmallows fireside or watch a movie in the cosy media room before heading off to bed. 
 
Awaken to tranquillity, and the sound of birdsong in one of the three beautiful bedroom suites which enjoy views of the native bush, Fitted with large sliding doors, natural sunlight pours through each room while the air conditioning keeps it cool at all times of the day. Each room enjoys a private ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom furnished for children or multiple guests with double bunks and beds also has its own bathroom and opens to the deck.   

Fun times are had in the games room with a billiard table, dart, table tennis and a gym.  

From the property walk the private bush track, swim from the point or kayak over to Sandpit café for breakfast, perhaps you have a boat – launch from the private jetty. 

If you do feel like sneaking away from this magical property foodies will love Matakana Saturday Farmers Market, renowned for beautiful local produce, Sawmill for craft beers, and the many wineries and fantastic restaurants.  

For stunning walks and surfing head to Tauwharanui Peninsula. Boaties head to Kawau or snorkelling at Goat Island. Art lovers can enjoy OBV winery, Brick Bay Sculpture Walk or Sculpterium Park.
